2 Nephi 31-33 - "feast upon the words of Christ"

One of the most famous phrases from the scriptures about the scriptures comes from Nephi's challenge for his readers to "feast upon the words of Christ." However, understanding what that actually means and how to do it can be tricky at best and daunting at worst.
